Next Generation Board

La Casa Norte is looking for professional leaders to join the Next Generation Board!

The Next Generation Board is a group of enthusiastic young professionals committed to helping community members in need. Over the past ten years, this associate board has served as ambassadors who support our mission through fundraising, networking, volunteerism, and advocacy. 

To be considered, submit an interest form and résumé.

The Next Generation Board organized an entertaining bowling fundraiser as their annual signature event for 2024: Strike Homelessness. The evening was filled with strikes, spares, and even a few gutters, plus many laughs and some thrilled raffle prize winners!

With 65 attendees, the NGB raised $7,000 to support Chicago youth and families confronting homelessness.

Membership Requirements

  • Commit to a minimum of two years as a member.

  • Serve on a committee (Membership, Signature Event, or Social).

  • Attend all NGB meetings, which take place the 2nd Tuesday of every other month.

  • Leverage your network to fundraise or personally contribute $300 to support La Casa Norte’s mission. 

  • Attend the NGB’s annual fundraisers. 

  • Serve as an LCN ambassador in the community by increasing awareness and excitement for the organization.
